International Shipping
VOMULでは、海外発送代行業者を通じて商品を発送しております。
ご注文後、まずVOMULから海外発送代行業者へ商品を発送します。
商品が代行業者に到着した時点で、配送方法の選択と海外送料のお支払いについて、お客様へご案内が届きます。
VOMUL ships international orders through an international shipping service.
After you place your order, VOMUL first ships your package to our international shipping partner. Once the package arrives at the shipping partner, you will be contacted to choose your preferred shipping method and pay the international shipping fee.
海外送料は、商品代金とは別にお支払いいただきます。
International shipping fees are charged separately from the item price.
【2. 完成品以外のオーダーをご希望の場合】
For custom orders
完成品ではなく、サイズ・デザイン・仕様などをご希望に合わせてオーダーしたい場合は、InstagramのDMよりお問い合わせください。
If you would like a custom order with your preferred size, design, specifications, or other details, please contact us via Instagram DM.

・モールフラワーは一つひとつ手作業で制作しているため、写真と実物で色味や形、大きさなどに多少の個体差が生じる場合があります。
As each item is handmade, there may be slight variations in color, shape, size, and overall appearance compared to the photos.
・モールフラワーは繊細な素材を使用しているため、強い力や圧迫によって変形する場合があります。お取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。
Moll flowers are delicate and may become deformed by strong pressure or force. Please handle them with care.
